The perfect club for adventurous cheese lovers, Kelowna’s Premier Cheese Club from Perseval & Young is the ultimate way to both enjoy cheese and learn more about it along the way.
Perseval & Young co-owner Desiree was inspired to create Kelowna’s Premier Cheese Club by a memorable package she received years ago when living in Galway, Ireland. The package purchased for her from a local cheesemonger was cheese. Just cheese. Desiree describes this package as “big hunks & chunks of gorgeous, beautiful cheese waiting to be tasted and enjoyed.” Now a few years into her Cheesemonger business, the concept of this special package is shared with fellow cheese lovers in her own club.

Cheese! Each month, our Premier Cheese Club members will receive a box filled with a delicious selection of specialty gourmet cheese lovingly crafted by producers from Canada and beyond.
To ensure we continue offering generous portions of truly special cheeses, our monthly price is now $80. Rather than reducing the size or quality of your selections, we’ve chosen to maintain the integrity of what you receive. (We’re not into shrinkflation – just great cheese.)
Each box contains three delicious and unique types of fine cheese, freshly cut and hand-selected to bring something new and exciting to your table. Each cheese is, on average, 175-200 grams in size, allowing you to discover new tastes and textures. Customized cheese-tasting notes guide you as you explore each new selection. Try a bite in the morning, a plate to end dinner, or share with your friends. Whether you’re new to the world of cheese or looking for a unique experience, our Premier Cheese Club will help broaden your horizons.
All memberships are now paid up front:
5 month commitment: $400 At the end of the first five months, you’ll have the option to renew for the remaining 5-month term. Subscription runs Feb – June and July – November.
Boxes are available for pickup on the second Thursday of every month. (With payment collected in full before your subscription begins.)
Tier 1 Cheese Club will open for registration at 8:00 pm on Monday, February 2. If you are unable to enroll, don’t give up – please join the waitlist!

Indulge. The Premium Plus Cheese Subscription was created with cheese connoisseurs in mind. Each month during your 5-month subscription, you’ll receive a box containing three of our most exclusive, decadent, hand-selected cheeses guaranteed to delight the most sophisticated palate. Membership is extremely limited, and Cheesemongers Desiree & Phil look forward to sourcing unique cheeses for lucky club members.
Each freshly-cut, hand-crafted wedge is approximately 175-200 grams in size, allowing you to savour the taste and texture of each variety. A nibble with breakfast, an after-dinner indulgence, or a cheeseboard shared with fellow turophiles; it’s bound to please. Customized cheese-tasting notes will help take your knowledge and love of cheese to a whole new level.
To maintain the high calibre of cheese you’ve come to expect, the monthly price is now $110. This adjustment reflects the rising costs of importing and sourcing premium cheeses. Rather than compromise on portion size or quality, we’ve opted to preserve the integrity of your experience.

FAQ’s
How Do I Get My Cheese?
Tier One members’ pick up day is the 2nd Thursday of each month. Tier Two members’ pick up day is the last Thursday of each month.
You’ll receive a monthly email reminder confirming your pickup date. Boxes are available for collection during our regular shop hours on pick-up day.
Please note Cheese Club boxes will only be held until the end of the day Saturday following your scheduled pickup. As cheese is a fresh, perishable product, we want to ensure you enjoy it at is best.
If you are unable to make it in, we encourage you to arrange for a friend, neighbour, or family member to pickup your box on your behalf.

How Do I Pay?
Once you have subscribed to our Cheese Club, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm your subscription and collect payment.
Please note that all Cheese Club subscriptions are now paid in full up front.
Tier One: $400 for 5 months
Tier Two: $550 for 5 months
Payment is required before your first pick-up, and your subscription will be secured once payment is complete.
What if I'm Away? Is There a Skip Option?
We no longer offer the option to skip a month of Cheese Club. If you are going to be away, we encourage you to arrange for a friend, neighbour, or family member to pickup your box on your behalf – or consider gifting it as a delicious surprise! What if I Need to Cancel?
Moving? Can no longer commit? Life happens, we understand. You may cancel your membership at any time, but you must notify us by the 1st of the month in which you wish to cancel in order to be refunded for that month and the remaining months of the membership.
